Meeting access
Use the available meeting settings, including passcodes and waiting rooms, to shape how guests enter.
Trust & sharing
Know who is joining, what you are sharing, and where AI contributes. Choose the context and audience for your conversation.
Before you invite or share
Review meeting access and recording settings before welcoming guests. Share joining details with the people you intend to invite.

Tell participants when you record or save transcripts and obtain the required permission. Consider who will receive the saved material.
AI agents are identified as AI personas. Share relevant context deliberately and review answers before relying on them. An agent can process meeting content even without a recording.
Personal agents retain a continuing conversation and can save memories to help with later work. You can inspect and forget saved memories. Forgetting a memory does not erase the original conversation.
Personal-agent conversations, memories, and connected browser sessions are private to their owner. An organization paying for access does not gain access to that private content simply by sponsoring the account.
Mailbox, calendar, and contact access for a personal agent requires a separate grant. Signing in with Google or Microsoft does not by itself enable those sources. You can stop agent reading or disconnect a source in its controls.
Selected source content may be processed by an AI provider to answer your request. Revoking future access does not erase information already saved in the conversation. The Privacy Policy explains these uses and your choices.
Meeting recordings have access controls. Some library and generated media use shareable URLs, so anyone with the URL may be able to retrieve a file. Check the intended audience before distributing a link. A downloaded copy cannot be recalled by changing access later.
A little more clarity
Meeting-shared files do not automatically become permanent agent knowledge. Saved knowledge, meeting transcripts, and recordings have their own storage behavior. A personal agent has a persistent conversation, and a private call can add a transcript when you consent to saving it.
No. Disconnecting stops future access through that connection. Content already included in a conversation, saved memory, or shared copy needs to be managed separately.
Use Change privacy choices on the Privacy Policy page, linked from the footer. You can choose Essential only. Faceport also honors Global Privacy Control for optional measurement.
