Faceport Inc.
Faceport support
Help with Faceport for iPhone and iPad, video meetings, and your account.
Email support@faceport.com or call +1 (646) 481-9660. Include your app version, device model, and a description of the problem. Do not send passwords, sign-in codes, or private meeting recordings.
Joining and starting a meeting
Use Join meeting and enter the meeting code or link. Guests can join supported meetings with their name. Sign in to start or schedule a meeting. Your host may need to admit you or start the scheduled session.
Camera, microphone, and incoming calls
Check Faceport's permissions in iOS Settings if your camera or microphone is unavailable. You can mute audio or stop video from the meeting controls. Incoming calls require an internet connection and a signed-in account with calling enabled.
Faceport Glasses
The iOS release being prepared for the App Store does not include Faceport Glasses. For help with a separate build that supports glasses, contact our support team with its app version and device model.
Report abuse or a safety problem
Leave a meeting if you feel unsafe. Email our support team with the meeting date, relevant account or meeting details, and what happened. You can also report objectionable content or an account that violates our Terms. Share only the information needed for us to investigate.
Account deletion and privacy requests
To request deletion, open You, then Delete account in the iOS app. On the website, open Settings, Security and use Delete account. Signing out or uninstalling Faceport does not delete your account.
Evan Kaye, Founder, processes Faceport account deletion requests within seven days. Your request receipt includes its due date and status, and we send completion confirmation by email. The confirmation explains any information retained for legal obligations. Your accounts in other applications that share sign-in services are unchanged.
For questions about personal information, access, correction, or a specific file, email our support team. Our Privacy Policy describes data use and retention, and our Terms of Service describe the conditions for using Faceport.
